Shipping Policies:

1. Free Shipping:

• We offer free shipping for all orders over $50.00 within the continental United States.

2. Processing Time:

• All orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after you receive your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Custom orders may require up to 10 days for production, depending on material availability.
• When choosing expedited/overnight shipping, processing time is reduced by up to 3 days.

3. Shipment Notification:

• You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped, which will include tracking information.
• Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Kindly provide a physical address for delivery.

4. Delivery Time:

• Once your order is shipped, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.
• Please note that production time and delivery time are based on business days, not calendar days.

How Do I Track My Order?

• When your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.
• When your order is shipped, you will receive another email notification which will provide you with a tracking number.
• You can use this tracking number to check the status and location of your package during transit.

When Will I Receive My Art?

• After receiving your order, we begin packaging it within 2 business days
• The total time for your order to arrive is the sum of the production time and the delivery time.
